Returns & Exchanges
You may return eligible items within 14 days of purchase to receive Online Store Credits . These credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issue!
Please note:
- Return/Exchange can only be processed once per order.
- Items must be in new, unused, unsealed condition with original packaging intact.
Exchanges follow the same process as returns.
Important Notes
Online purchases made in Singapore cannot be returned by mail. Please return them directly to our service centre at #10-12, 203 Henderson Road, Wing B within 14 days.
We will not accept returns or exchanges after 14 days from the date you received the item.
Damages or Discrepancies
Damages or discrepancies must be reported within 14 days of delivery. Issues reported afterward will be reviewed case-by-case.
Terms & Exceptions
Some products may not be eligible for return, including Izipizi glasses and the entire range of Therabody products. Visit our website or contact us for more details.
